Please note: last admission to the monument 45 minutes before closing time.

Closed on: Januray 1st, Easter Monday, May 1st, November 11th and December 25th

  • From Brive or Bordeaux: A 89 motorway, exit 12 (Sainte-Foy-La-Grande).

Services and conditions of visit

  • Recommended length of visit: 1 hour.
  • Free tour document (available in French, English, German, Dutch, Italian and Spanish).
  • Interpretation panels.
  • Exhibition room.
  • Free coach park 200m away.
  • Bookshop.
  • Dogs prohibited except guide dogs.
  • No smoking on the entire site, inside or outside the monument. Pursuant to decree no. 2025-582 of 27 June 2025 on smoke-free areas, collective outdoor areas where children and teenagers may be present or exposed, in particular public parks and gardens, become smoke-free areas.

Disabled visitors

  • Motor: level 0 is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It includes the bookshop-shop, the triclinium and the lapidary museum.
  • Auditory: signs throughout the tour (including the lapidary museum), the tour leaflet.
  • Visual: audio mediation tools (podcasts available from the monument's online resources).
